Breaskfast Burritos

Today we made paper towel rolls! mmm!

Actually, it's a breakfast burrito, I'll post photos when I get a chance, which may not be for a while what with my skipping town for a week starting tomorrow.



Contents:
Veggies
Ketchup for dipping, in animal containers
A delicious paper napkin roll
Ingredients:
Whole wheat burrito shell
2/3 cup diced potatoe, tossed in olive oil and italian seasoning mix, roasted in the oven for 15 minutes at 375F
1/3 cup bacon, fried and diced
1/2 up plain omlette, spliced into convenient wedges for a burrito
