Fried Rice Special
Here's about half the leftover fried rice from Saturday. It was good for breakfast on Monday, so I bet it'll be good for lunch on Tuesday.
Contents: (M's, left hand side)
50% Fried rice (includes pork, chicken, egg, and many veggies)
Miniature cucumbers
Miniature green bell peppers, the middle one filled with ranch sauce for dipping
Plum, Cantaloupe
Soy/Red Rice Vinegar Sauce
Contents: (A's, right hand side)
same, as well as snap peas and sliced marinated fried tofu and some of E's sliced leftover chicken.
E left us most of a grocery store bbq chicken, so I cleaned most of the meat off it, put that in the fridge for use over the next few days, and froze the remaining carcass in a freezer bag for tomato soup some time in the coming weeks.
Note to self: Eat from the freezer whenever possible. I can barely fit a popsicle in there.

I think it was largely a lighting problem, the plums were a lot nicer looking in daylight. You're right though, I haven't been carving nearly enough things from fishcake, or any for that matter. If only my cookie cutter collection weren't back in Victoria.
